We have taken the parameters of the laws in our country and put a bind on them, not only on the people who enforce them, but the laws we created. Now we have to live with what we have created. Either come to reality that it's been a mistake, or deal with the cards we have dealt ourselves. Some people are what they are criminals, and should be dealt with as such. Law enforcement have become afraid to do what they should, when the fear of reprecoution might take money, reputation, and even thier freedom. So don't blam law enforcement for the killings or crimes that are being committed in this country. Some things can't be fixed with a hug, or a time out.
