I love watching the Tasting History youtube channel and I expected to love the Tasting History cook book as well. I happily say that this book has met my expectations. Easy to follow recipes, captivating paintings and pictures and interesting insight into the history of the dishes. This is a very unique and charming cook book that I would recommend to give a try of you are interested in cooking/baking and history.
