Though I first saw this documentary years ago I just bought it for my Prime account. What can I say about my approval and support for Rush? They are probably my all time favorite band. I'm almost 50 (I'll be 50 in Spring 2024) , I think I first heard Rush in the early 80's when I was not even 10 years old -- thanks to my older brothers also liking them at an early age.
I saw them in concert only once, and for the life of me I don't know what I didn't see them more. That's one regret I have in terms of entertainment I guess -- I should have went to more shows of Rush.
It was a great concert for the life of me I forget what tour it was , I just know it was before this documentary was made -- maybe around '07 or '08 perhaps?
All my brothers and my brother in law went, partially outdoor venue (the stage and only a few rows had a roof over it) it rained like the great flood in the book of Genesis..lol..the aisles were getting flooded about 2 feet deep...
The band played on, it was a terrific concert.
Any rate its one of my better memories with all my brothers.
Sad that the Professor is no longer walking among us and the band is no more, but man did they leave us fantastic recordings to enjoy for all our own lifetimes. Terrific documentary. Thanks.
