I have not seen this film nor do I intend to. I only know of it's existence from its mention in Tim Heidecker's film "Mister America", which itself is admittedly loosely based on "The Shaggy D.A." with the exception of anyone transmogrifying into a dog. 5 Stars. Would listen to it referenced as a representation of its own obscurity again.
