Overall, not great. It was like I was watching two separate movies at that same time, the storyline was not good, way too deep, not authentic to how Barbie storyline is, especially towards Ken. Ken and Barbie well cast, but a little questionable that Margot cast herself in a movie she self-produced. Some parts were funny, other parts were just weird. Producers were way too interested in pushing an agenda about culture, stereotypes and politics. NOT for children. The sets were fairly well done. After the movie I felt an immediate need to watch Barbie and the Dream House to erase this yucky dissapointed feeling the movie leaves you with. Multiple people left the movies early. This movie was a big miss for me. I suggest Barbie OG movies and Dreamhouse lovers avoid this movie.
