Very pathetic service if it comes to make exchanges, once you enter they will make you to visit multiple counters and gets slips and signs from floor manager after doing it all , they ask to submit the clothes to some other place where there is not dedicated person to attend again get the slip and finally go to the billing section to make billing for new purchased item.. very pathetic service.. all this exchange item alone took more than 30 mins visiting multiple desk... Very poor service by Jai hind.. think 100 times before purchasing any item if in case you may require to exchange.
