Nancy Pallais

I really enjoyed this book. It actually made me cry at the end. One of the characters went through so much pain, and the way Colleen captured that emotion in her writing made me want to reach into the pages and help them. I had no idea where the plot was heading, and it completely surprised me. It’s such a beautiful story that shows how love can be both breathtaking and heartbreaking. The writing style makes it an easy read, especially Miles’s chapters, a unique format made some emotions stand out.
