D O Double G

(No spoilers). This flick just got WAY worse. There's a scene where a helicopter 🚁 is approaching the soldiers. Their response is, "that's an AC130, THAT'S NOT CIVILIAN!" Really?? An AC130 is a C130 military transport converted into a gunship. IT'S NOT A FREAKIN' HELICOPTER!! Couldn't they at least get THAT RIGHT?? There's NO EXCUSE for that!!

I'm not even halfway through this film & already I feel fully qualified to evaluate it. I watched this on principle only, because I've seen all the other ones. It's..it's so bad. Not even the slapstick (albeit witty at times) humor made up for the sub par acting in this flick. The problem is that I, along with most other viewers are comparing it to the original, one of the greatest action films of all time. Those are shoes that not even Dutch (Arnold) could fill. This movie can't even compare to AVP, (or even the sequel, & that's REALLY BAD). If it weren't for Olivia Munns other worldly hotness, I wouldn't even waste my time watching the rest of it. Why would I, when I could be doing something much more dangerous, like rearranging my sock drawer? (Another Arnold reference via Last Action Hero).
