I worked in the auto industry for a long time including a stint at Ford World Headquarters as a contractor.
I think the show is good. I like how it pokes fun at the auto industry instead of another sit com about the medical or law enforcement community.
Some of the reviews seem to forget that it is meant to be funny, even satirical. If you're from Detroit and you can't laugh at yourself don't bother watching it.
