First. Retta is awesome. Second. The house they went for was the easiest one—it just needed a good cleaning and some new style. It was not a real challenge. Third. The “house owner” winner, it looks like she wasn’t the owner per se, it seems like her father, who bought the house, buys and sells house. They apparently sold the house immediately after the show for more than double of the price—probably shared the money between them. Next time, help one of those real families in need of some help and keep it real. Retta made it interesting, she IS the show.
