Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is an absolute gem. First off, the game is gorgeous . The visuals are stunning, and every scene feels like a work of art. The story is rich, engaging, and honestly one of the most compelling narratives I’ve seen in a while. It keeps you hooked from start to finish.
The combat is also really satisfying. It feels fluid, impactful, and well thought out, with enough variety to stay interesting throughout the game. The soundtrack deserves a special mention. It’s not just background music, it elevates the entire experience.
Lastly, the enemy designs are incredibly creative and visually striking. They each have personality and presence and fit the tone of the world perfectly.
If you’re even slightly into story-driven action RPGs, this one’s a must-play.
