Scott Pelley should turn in his journalist credentials after this simpering interview with Obama. Contrast this with the treatment of President Trump. It's appallingly clear that the Democratic Party has Sixty Minutes securely in its pocket. The worship in Pelley's eyes and tone was difficult to witness. I was fearful what Pelley would do if Obama had bent over to tie his shoelace.

I no longer watch the Today Show, because the content over the years has deteriorated to mostly fluff, and journalistic integrity thrown down the toilet. I believe that a news program has a duty to the public to be objective and present balanced reporting. The unfortunate case of George Floyd is a prime example. Only the unfortunate actions of the police were presented. Why don't we see the actions of George Floyd leading up to his arrest? I understand he was attempting to pass a counterfeit bill. Isn't this a crime? How did he behave at the time of arrest? Was he under the influence of illegal drugs? Did he provoke the police? All this information was left out on purpose to make him look like a saint and the police evil. I believe that one sided reporting like this causes racial tension and is done on purpose to undermine President Trump. If you were being honest to the public, you should rename yourself,"Today's Leftist Propaganda Show".

To devote an entire news program to the life of the black man who unfortunately died in police custody, proves this program is not about objective journalism but is an agent for leftist political propaganda. Shame on you for discarding your journalistic integrity. Shame on you for the sin of omission. Police do not randomly arrest people without probable cause. Where are the videos of the counterfeit money he was trying to pass. Where are the videos of his behavior at the time of arrest? Was he under the influence of illegal drugs? You left all these things out to make him look like a saint. You are the real agents of racial discord. Shame on you!

The segment concerning asthma in a black community in New Jersey was deliberately misleading and designed to inflame racial tensions. Asthma is a complex condition with strong genetic links. In other words, certain racial groups are more prone to the condition. Kate Snow strongly implied it was caused by pollution from trucks. The cause is mainly genetic. Irritants trigger asthma attacks, and there are a host of them. The principle ones are household irritants not truck emissions. The current rate of health insurance coverage in the U.S. is 92.5% white and 88.5% black, almost identical. No one is being deprived of health care today along racial lines. Please report stories objectively in the future and stop slanting them to create racial discord.
