It was a great show in the beginning. But like some other TV shows starting out as really good, it began to become a continuing-episode thing where a viewer needed see every consecutive episode to keep up. (The same thing happened with X-files and others. Great single-episodes, then turned into a soap-opera like thing.)
But it was a great show while it lasted.
