!! spoiler warning !! for people who doesn't read the novel or the manhwa but already watched this shit, they might've thought what is wrong with this live adaptation that they called us, the readers is someone who's asking for too much. and if you think that this film is so good.. please try to read the novel or the manhwa. you dont need to read the whole, freaking 200 chapters (in manhwa) and 551 episodes (in novel) to notice how DIFFERENT this film and the original story was. u just need about 5 chapters to know just hoe different the story was. it's no longer the orv adaptation anymore, it was a story that 'inspired' by orv. they changed the world building, they changed the character's background, they changed the character's speciality, they changed the reason why 'twsa' is EXIST in the first place and how could it BECOMES a reality. they changed the 'story' itself by changing the dokja's background and his personalities, they changed the meaning of 'kim company' by saying that joonghyuk is just a side character, and they changed the 'orv' itself by changing the dokja's desire. he's not meant to save the world, he meant to see the ending of his 'favourite' novels, the ending that he's desired. and this is what the readers, the fandom is wanted. they knew very well that 'live adaptation' sometime changed some details from the original story, but they didn't changed the MEANING of the original 'story'. yet, this live adaptation changed EVERYTHING, including the meaning of the story itself. they changed the meaning behind holding through something to SURVIVE, they changed the reason for dokja to stay alive, the reason why sangah, heewon, yoosoung, lee gilyoung, gong pildu, everyone that is not appeared in the original twsa or died in the original twsa but 'survived' because he SAVED them. it's not because he just wanted to be a 'hero', he never meant to be the 'hero', he meant to be the READER. he saved them because he NEEDED them, to be his companion. yet, they changed it all and this story that inspired by orv now looking so shit for the fandom. and i asked you again, if you think that this film is so good, the plot is purrfect, please read the first 5 chapter of the original manhwa/novel and you know how shitty this film was. thank u so much.
