The Witcher series was an amazing adaptation of the games and books. Most game and book adaptations miss the mark when the director and/or writers attempt to create something new, which inevitably destroys a once beloved game or book. This is not the case, I believe, with the Witcher series. The writers paid attention to the fact that the game and books describe the life of a witcher as hard, unforgiving, brutal and filled with prejudice. This is a brilliant adaptation in my opinion.
