At 69 and at my age, maybe I should not be reading or enjoying this book, but it gripped me from the early pages of those feelings of my younger self. Unsure, awkward, wishing I was bigger, better & cooler.
Let's not talk about wishing I could talk to girls without making myself look even more dafter than I felt all those years ago.
It brought back a flood of memories.
It's a must for every boy, teenager, man, father and grandad who wishes to be more than they where / are.
The dragons are the icing on the cake.
