An exquisite, different film. Slow, meandering and visual. It keeps you hooked to see why Tim Roth is behaving so... oddly. It's minimal in dialogue with a sparse plot and will not hold your hand to explain every aspect of it with explosions, car chases (although there is a small car chase) and an obvious baddie to route against. In other words if you have a low attention span, immature taste and require everything to be explained, you require 2+2 to equal 4 in a way that real life hardly ever does, you lack appreciation or understanding of nuance and require an obvious goodie and a baddie to route for and against and everything to be tied up and resolved in a nice bow at the end it is probably not for you.
