This was my favorite gold digging series. Dave Turin is the very definition of a leader versus a boss. People mind bosses, but they follow leaders. I found myself cheering from the living room couch when they succeeded and suffering with them when they didn't. This show draws you in to the lives of the crew, their personalities, strengths and weaknesses, and their development as crew members. I put this series head and shoulders above the others. They are the good guys (and Mama Shelley).
