Fantastic show. Fantastic dialogue. Rich characters. Totally succeeds at being satisfying even though it’s only a half hour.

Did not even pretend to attempt to have a plot. Just an extremely expensive vehicle for special effects and bravado. It was a complete waste of time. I saw it at the theater and I fell asleep for part of it. Really the only part worth watching is about the last 30 or 40 minutes during the final mission flight sequences. Tom Cruise doesn’t seem to possess either a personality or acting ability.

The first thing that strikes me about ABC News is it each and every night and they come on with a dire tone there is breaking news and it sounds almost like there’s been an assassination or something. Then it turns out to be a story that has been known about for sometimes days, and nothing nearly as consequential as It has been made to appear. One feels rather duped at that point. They also don’t go out on a limb with much variety. I have compared them with CBS News on the same evening and found that CBS News is much more interesting and professional in their news coverage. Well ABC covers the run-of-the-mill stories for that they CBS often covers more interesting Material. That being said neither one of them can be worth much when you get about 15 minutes of news after all the commercials. You’re much better off with PBS NewsHour.

Was looking for another binge worthy gem when I happened onto this British series. It’s an absolute knockout! My interest built quickly and any misgivings about it possibly being a show for teenagers, or the unabashed sexual explicitness were soon dispelled by the wickedly intelligent, fresh, funny and dramatic script, well acted with a great cast, great production and beautiful film work. This series has it all and I can’t wait until next season comes out!
