When I saw the trailers for this movie, I just had to see it. However, the movie wasn't as good as what the trailers showed. I mean, they did have some good scares here and there, but they were too focused on the family talking to each other than really facing the threat. Plus, when you get to the climax of the film, things get a bit confusing. I just feel that the people that made this movie only thought of the concept before coming up with a real story. Having a family on a farm see a woman in black sitting outside and when they go to speak with her, she says "Today's the day" and that she uses shadows to manipulate things around her. If they had reworked the story a bit then maybe this movie could've been better. Also, this movie does some triggering things for anyone that has depression and thinks about suicide.
