This book is a very different style than the masterful John Grisham has typically put forth. The characters are shallow, the dialogue stilted and painful to follow, and quite disappointing overall. I put it down after 50 pages and left it in a hotel room on a recent travel. Perhaps the next reader will find it more enjoyable.
