It completely changed my view on Salt and now I understand how if the big food/sugar industry demonizes and scares people about salt and fat (cholesterol), then you have nothing left but to eat mostly sugar/carbs and now we have this epidemic of diabetes & obesity all originating from the lies of Ancel Keys bought and brought to you by the corrupt sugar industry. Big Sugar getting us addicted from birth with baby formulas laced with the white sugary cocaine. Now I can help my patients better with this.
