I am on sick leave so I watched this morning today and I am sickened and disgusted at the waste of food during the cooking section in the show this morning. Phil and Holly tried to make a basic mayonnaise but Holly added the oil to quickly and ruined the sauce!! It split and was probably thrown away. REALLY?! in these times when families are on the brink of a breakdown and don't know if they will feed their families or turn the heating on!? To make matters worse they then stood about laughing!! Thought the whole process was so funny...well I didn't and it sickened me ...I won't be switching onto this morning any day soon!.
