This is a book that will touch so many different emotions within you. Due to the event that this book centers around, everything that transpires takes place, obviously, in 48 hours. This author tell us a story that spans two days without flashbacks and chapters of character history. He concisely and precisely writes a story that is defined by the characters reactions to their world around them. This makes the story far less predictable and exceedingly more exciting. I for one am really hoping that William continues this storyline as he did with the John Matheson storyline.
I'm a huge fan of Forstchen. He's on my bucket list as somebody I would love to have dinner with...
I know I'm reviewing 48 hours but I also wanted to throw a shout out to Pillar to The Sky.... Another fantastic book.
