Season 2 is a major disappointment and a significant step down from the exceptional standard set by the first season. The character development feels shallow and unconvincing, the dialogue often comes across as forced or uninspired, and the overall direction of the plot feels aimless and unsatisfying. What was once a gripping, emotionally charged story has devolved into something sluggish and difficult to connect with. My wife and I repeatedly found ourselves bored and frustrated, struggling to maintain any real interest in what was happening on screen. It’s genuinely disheartening to see such a promising series lose its momentum so quickly. Unless major improvements are made, it’s hard to see how the show will recover from this steep decline.

On top of the deceitful review process where review copies had the predatory microtransaction system left out completely. A full price single player game being restricted with an always online DRM, so that Sony can patch the game whenever they want to leech the money and life out of their players. At this point, I don't care how good the game is, we must vote with our wallets, stop buying or feeding into this scam microtransaction system.

Don't believe the critics, this movie was a blast for kids and adults alike. No one goes into a Mario movie to judge whether it's oscar worthy, most audiences just wants to have fun, and it was while paying homage to the source material.
