I unexpectedly loved this film, what a cinematic, twisted, disturbed ,amazing, sumptuous, beautifully filmed movie! Great performances from all concerned, satire, social commentary, erotic, Wow!! Oh, and the great soundtrack of course! I decided to watch to see what all the fuss was about, just expecting a weird , hyped up film, but it held me all the way through, and the ending was dark, funny and Murder on the Dancefloor just a perfect swan song! Would enjoy a rewatch and I'll be playing the soundtrack on repeat on Spotify tomorrow for sure!!

Really really loved this film, so spectacular and beautiful and extremely gory.Not for the faint hearted! Loved the artistry and detail that went into the making of this movie. Exceeded all my expectations. Alexander Skarsgaard was wonderful as the lead hero/antihero and I loved the Norse mythology it was all based upon. It reminded me of my old favourite films. I feel this will be seen as a cult classic in years to come.
