BBC is highlighting people working for a cult ideal for free and ultimately being robbed of their real value as an employee, the way the management behave is abhorrent and they have no issue with presenting this 'oh you were just so close to your first deal' mentality which can leave people broke and destitute, the BBC should be commenting on the risks involved in this type of work and should be providing them professional help to show them how they are being exploited.
