I still don’t understand why Hancock got such bad reviews. The movie was a knockout, every scene kept you buzzing for more and more. Hancock was one of the first pioneering black superhero movie of its time. To my regards, Hancock was a beautiful well written, well directed and depicted ‘beautifully on screen’ homerun! A movie budgeted at $150mil and made a box office gross of $629.4mil. If that’s not a cinematic success (made 4 times the budget) then I don’t know what is. If ever Hancock does renew for a second sequel because the first movie did end on a cliffhanger, am sure soooo many like myself could not wait to see it hit the cinemas! I humbly implore producers and investors to please renew this movie for a second sequel already!

BEEF is one of the best shows I have watched in one sitting. Now, for the very few who didn’t connect with it. There is a show for everyone. If you can’t see how a road rage can be spun into such interesting-comical-dramatic-emotional-wholesome-violent and ridiculous story, then you missed the objective. Both protagonists are just two peas in a pod, similar and dissimilar. But if you persevere until the last episode, it really does a fine job of breaking down these two people’s profound complexities, while allowing them both to experience “true self healing” and who knows, there could be a love story if we ever get a season 2. We all know how netflix can be terrible at signing off on a contract for a return season on good shows like this one!
