Indiana Jones returns to beat the odds, defeat the Nazis, save the day from a nasty history rewrite, and charm us with his wit and knowledge. The franchise would not be complete without this action-packed thriller that keeps you engaged from start to end credits. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie, and it is best if you have watched at least #1 and #3 before it. There was lot of nostalgia and a very fresh, original, twist in the ending. If you're an Indiana Jones fan, this is not one to miss. Some of their best work is in this thrilling movie. One aspect of this and the previous parts o the franchise is they don't bore us with techno-babble. The archeological finds are exciting relics that now have a fantasy backstory! Fun! And who doesn't like seeing Nazis, gangsters, and villains being defeated? It's a little sad that some of Indiana Jones' dear friends and colleagues are killed, though. But that just makes it better when the Nazis are punked solidly. I would give this movie 10 stars if I could.
