The writing of this show isโฆnot good. I donโt get all the positive reviews. The dialogue sounds like it was written by high schoolers. No nuance, no flavor. I donโt think the characters are all that interesting but I can at least buy into Niecy Nash as a lead. The big budget and macabre tone mask a really underdeveloped and underwhelming story. This is becoming the standard for Ryan Murphy.
