I’ve watched this movie so many times, I guess in some way it motivates the psyche of a woman to believe that she can fight her way through any situation, especially domestic abuse , which is represented here. Many critics are of the opinion that the plot was twisted and illogical, but I believe it sends a strong message of strength and resilience. The twisty plot made the movie a hell of a lot interesting. Had it remained along the lines of mundane, trite expectations, then you’d have heard another story about how typical it was. This is one of my favorite female empowerment movies ever
