I love 20/20 but can’t hear a lot of the program. The music is so loud I can’t hear what anyone is saying. The music is louder than the people speaking. Why do you have to have the music when they are talking? It has turned into a musical. Please make it more enjoyable for the viewers that want to enjoy the program. I have talked to several people that say the same thing. They don’t watch anymore and I don’t think I will be watching anymore since I can’t hear what is being said.
