Super corny story lines, I mean the main character was a Dr, helps in the store, now she is a medic for people getting hurt at Sullivan Crossing then she’s helping the police? And the acting is awful < B actors at best. Whoever the writer is, I can’t believe he or she thinks the story lines are worth putting on paper, I would be embarrassed if these were the story lines a professional writer comes up with! Just awful all around!

Incredible acting, great character development. The harsh realities of the settling of the west, and this mini series got in deep and graphic in pretty much every episode. Great series but you really need to be able to handle graphic violence & gore and the realization of how savage every aspect of life was back then. This mini-series is historically accurate, incredibly violent, it will keep you wanting to know what happens next, but can you handle the emotionally dark situations that seem to develop frequently throughout every episode?
