First, the movie was doing pretty good. I liked the concept and the overall cinematography. Rooted for the main character (MC), obviously. Loved the acting, they were pretty submerged in their character, with Anya's emotional dillema and with Matt Smiths charisma, it brought the vibe. And then we got to the semi climax. At first I was baffled by the choices made by the MC but thought that she was just maybe baffled, or overwhelmed. Then she started going reckless in spite of knowing the do's and dont's, I seriously had to pause this movie numerous times because of the choices she made, (I CANNOT COPE WITH HER CHOICES) at that point I stopped rooting for her and just wanted to find out how this movie was ending. And that's not all, they were so many plot holes and confusion sorrounding the main conflict. But alas, she survived (she had to, for the plot). Felt bad for John tho, he was the only (mostly) sane one in the story. Tried to love the last part of the movie, but no matter how good of an actor you are, it doesnt save a bad plot.
