This was made by Paramount+, but it's pure Disney without the amusement park rides. I know, everyone is frustratingly stupid, but just remember it's a family movie and it's about the kids. Ignore the "Iron Man" tech ripoff and wussy bad guys, laugh at the jokes and you'll be fine.
