Of all of the books on leadership I have read this one was one of the most disappointing. The 21 laws are common sense and this book basically reads like an older man wanting to tell stories of himself and randomly enough- the Christian church..? If you are looking for a Christian self-help book this might suit you but if you are looking for a book to build and enhance your leadership skills this one is not it unfortunately. I’m glad I picked it up through the library instead of purchasing it, it would have quite a waste of money and not an author I’d like to see purchase royalties go to.
