I teach cooking classes from my home (and various stores). I would highly recommend this book. Ingredients are easy to find and easy to make. Nothing mind boggling. I got the book from the library in Ottawa and talked to our son in Sydney, Australia. He had the same book! Goes to show you. I'll have to buy it!
