Ironically, this is best watched at 5x speed. This movie should have been a 20 min episode of TV shows similar to Tales of the Crypt or Twilight Zone. If they added a technology twist to it, it's an episode of Black Mirror.

I don't remember his name but I remembered the hands and the capes. So when I saw it in NetFlix, I had to check it out. It was quite poignant. And Walter definitely has charisma! I couldn't stop looking specially when the hand movements come on. It was a magical spell. Was a great watch! Well worth my time.

3.5 STARS. The storyline was a little weak. In the end, what made this movie was bringing back the old characters -- barber guys, the pastor, the bark like a dog lady, sexual chocolate and the twins. Best this only be watched if you watched the original.

3.5 to 4 STARS. I came in hoping it was nothing like the last movie reboot ... within the first 15 mins, it was clear this was nothing like the last reboot. Enjoyed the new characters, specially the comedy from Podcast and Gary. The story tied in well with the original GB movie without making it feel like a knock off story line. For myself who loved watching GB (movie and TV show), this is a good extension to the franchise. I loved the special guest stars and the end credit scene. Hope they have mini episodes to introduce/develop the other character's (including the new marshmallow men and muncher).
