Ignore reviews from people like Reality Check and Alex B, who clearly havent actually played the game and/or have no idea what they are talking about. Reality Check's complaints and descriptions are not even remotely accurate in any way, i would bet anything that he hasnt played the game. And i love when Alex B complains about something ruining the game compared to older Diablo's, when that thing has been in literally every Diablo game (the exploding chest which he claims breaks the immersion, and which has been in the series since the first Diablo). Or when he describes the skill tree, and his description is not even remotely similar to the actual skill trees. Have some dignity, you review bomibing buffoons... Ignore the moronic review bombing. It is an extremely fun and polished game. If you like ARPG's and like mindlessly slaughtering tons of enemies and getting a lot of loot, you will almost certainly love it.

So many of the negative reviews are just blatantly inaccurate, and come from people who clearly havent played much (if at all). For instance, the numerous people saying that you cant own your own home. Yes, you can. You have to actually progress the story first. Reused characters? No, definitely not. Performance issues? Okay, that one is legitimate, although they have been improved since release. If you want a relaxing and charming game that you can play at your own pace and in your own way, with a ton of diverse things to do, you will find plenty to love here. If you like previous Rune Factory games, you will like it. If you like farming sims, you will like it.
