Brilliant. Very rarely binge a series without a break in-between but this story had me gripped right until the very end especially with the narrative . Top notch performances all round. This is the best thriller I have seen for a very long time. Not to be missed !!.

Heard it was good !! What !!!! … Terrible film unless your very young strange and like awful endings. Needed a large antidepressant of some sort after watching this time wasting rubbish.

A thought provoking film that proves that getting married and having kids isn’t for everyone. A woman of the era and what society is expected from her. When she realises this is not really what she wants she plans for a more free spirited life and is hopeful that her dreams will come true . I think this film will resonate with people who really know that the choices we all make can have a profound effect on your well-being and your life. Brilliantly acted by both characters especially Kate Winslet . I found this film very touching and it stayed with me for quite a few hours after watching it. Although I did not think so at the time back in (2008) after watching it a second time I think it is a truly an unforgettable film. I felt a great sympathy sadness and understanding for both characters.

Depressingly boring. When Brad Pitt spends 5 minutes feeding a dog on screen you know they are running out of story lines. Absolutely terrible. If I could get my money back for a poor mindless story not even close to the real story of Sharon Tate (also done in bad taste considering what happened to her ) I would !!. . oh and by the way why can’t you ? Lol. Please please let’s find another Alfred Hitchcock! at least he had a brain.

A story of lost love and regret. I felt sorry for both of them in different ways but you understood and felt sympathy esp at the fact that they never forgot or stopped loving each other. A very real human story of a love that endured the test of time. I think a lot of people can relate to a lost love in this film which makes it touch the soul and feel the heartbreak. You can’t help but shed a tear at the ending.
