Bored to bits by this dross. Didn't care about any of the characters. The pacing was shockingly bad. I loved Fury Road. I walked out of the cinema with my mind blown by it's manic pace and OTT visuals. But I wasn't the least curious about furiosa's backstory or the film's world building afterwards. I thought Fury Road's plotline and character development was deliberately secondary to its style and bombast. And that was totally fine with me. After watching Furiosa, I wonder why this movie was made and who was it made for? Who was that interested in Furiosa's backstory and in diving into the world building of the wasteland? I was equal parts bored and frustrated by the enormous plot holes, jumps in time and pointless dull action scenes. The lead actress didn't have the physicality to be convincing in the action and fighting scenes. The CGI was jarring at times. Overall, I thought this movie was creatively bankrupt and incredibly boring. An AI generated film would have been more entertaining.
