i've never seen a comic movie with folks of marginalized genders centered in their own experience like this. if anyone is disparaging this film for things they love to see in an action movie led by a guy (or some tarantino flick), like blood, violence, or language, then they're flat out sexist. this movie is rated R for a reason, and it seems like a lot of men bought tickets expecting to see women portrayed like harley was in Suicide Squad. If you can't handle women taking control of their narrative, don't leave a review. if it's something you've been waiting for, get up and see this movie.
