Coming in with high hopes because the previous movies were so great, this was a big disappointment, there are many reasons for this: (SPOILERS) 1. Gru and the villain were fighting for unnecessary things that happened years ago (just because gru stole the villain's music in a talent show??!!!! are u kidding me????!!!) 2. Gru's daughters had absolutely no role in the movie, they were just there 3. There were no good fight scenes 4. I thought that the mega decked up minions would engage in a big fight instead of doing awfully stupid things, what use were they? 5. The villain stole the baby for getting back at Gru??!! what kind of a plain boring villain is that? overall it was pretty much a big disappointment, i would say its not worth watching at all the last minions movie ( Minions: The Rise of Gru) was such a masterpiece, i was not expecting this from Despicable Me 4. This movie does NOT deserve the amount of money it's making

My father and myself watched the movie and we absolutely loved it. It might not be very indulging for some people in the first 30 minutes, but the rest of 2-2.5 hrs is when it really becomes interesting. The people who will understand the movie will love it but those who are unable to might hate it. This movie might be the best banger of 2023. Probably Christopher Nolan's best directed movie till date. It's definitely a re-watch for me. 5 stars for sure from my side.
