Loot system for Undaunted Events only drops shoulders gear. This is the strongest game gear. So I have to rate this game unplayable. The random loot system is apparently broken.
I complained to Bethesda and they have done nothing. The customer service is non existent really its just an automated messaging system.
A real fu to subscribers who pay $45 every 3 months.
