I took a break from eso in February do to work did not have time to play also dealing with medical issues and I recently tried to log in to start playing again to find out my account was banned. Now I spent $200 in upgrades now my issue is I asked what I was banned for and they said inappropriate name well my characters name was Saveric and I googled and found nothing inappropriate with that name and that was my only character on my account. I asked for date of the violation and when I was sent a notification about it and never replied. I am a 49 year old veteran who plays the game because I enjoy it but the this was infact messed up and not right I am disappointed in the costumer support team you definitely did not investigate my account properly.
