Long, plodding, unlikeable characters, unnecessary dialogue with meandering thoughts. Very unbelievable story and characters. I slugged through it best I could via audiobook and wanted to quit it or fast forward but....I love some of Tana French's other books so stuck with thinking maybe? Maybe it'll be worthy of 22 hours? Sadly it was a very depressing story with very lost characters. I kept hoping they'd all go to jail. Read her other books. This one was a jumbled mess.
