This game is absolutely fantastic and I really enjoy it. I've put numerous hours into it since its release through game pass on day one. From an engaging story to amazing fights to one of the best soundtracks I've heard. I'm going to talk about different things here. So to start out yes it is slow at first but so was metal gear solid. Graphically it is beautiful but could be slightly better with certain things like graphical errors that sometimes occur. Otherwise it is gorgeous. The fighting feels very good but at first can be slow. Be patient and learn the moves of the enemies. It has a lot of upgrades you can do alongside special moves like electric attacks from your glove. It's a good blend of a few different games like bioshock, Wolfenstein, Doom, and a few others. It's blended together very well overall. The character can be a bit much sometimes but others he's likeable. I'd compare him to main of Wolfenstein in a way but complais more lol... It's a lot of science in it which I love personally. The doging is very helpful...not sure how some thinks it's not. The soundtrack is what really blows me away alongside the overall quality this indie studio put out. It's their first video game release at that! The music was done by so many great producers like Mick Gordon himself. The music in the world that plays in the speakers will end up playing when you fight and blends together so very well into an actual fight song. It does have some issues but nothing too major so far in my opinion. Punishing them over political views that they have nothing to do with is ridiculous. Even if they are pro Russian that shouldn't hurt them because we all have political views that may be upsetting to someone somewhere. I truly don't know if I can say if they are or not because if you actually get far into the game and listen to the robot glove talk and what he says at times, may make you really think about stuff of today. It is a fun game first and foremost. The game is fantastic especially for their first one! Be constructive not destructive! I truly think you should try this out especially if you liked games like bioshock. It fills a void that they left.
