I'm a huge fan of Jordan Peele films.So, I was very excited for the release of NOPE. I was even more excited that I got to see it on Thursday and didn't have to wait until Friday. However, my anticipation was met with some what of a let down. While I feel like the acting was great and the actors captivated their roles, the film never quite reached the climax that I was looking forward to. I left feeling like I still had quite a few unanswered questions regarding the storyline. So much so, that I waited around until after the credits rolled, thinking I would get some closure. Only to realize that lights had come on and it was truly over. Of the three Jordan Peele films, Nope is definitely my least favorite. -I wrote this review on behalf of my husband Dwayne Thomas.
