The film was unsettling and at times disturbing, but John Malkovichโs performance was undeniably compellingโthat alone was the highlight for me. What stood out most was the way it reflected the absurdity of our tendency to idolize others, especially in a society obsessed with fame. That theme came through clearly and powerfully.
That said, this concept may have been better served as a limited series. The time constraints left noticeable gaps in the story, and some key moments felt rushed or underdeveloped. If you find yourself stuck inside on a rainy night with nothing else lined up, it might be worth a watchโbut it really could go either way.
