I thought it was confusing and in a number of aspects improbable. In particular the police interview of Sam, which was more like a rambling conversation. In real life the continued public outbursts and general behaviour of in Tess wouldn't have been allowed to continue. Also as a new employee Maya's approach wouldn't have been tolerated. Just didn't ring true.
